...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS EVENING... ...REPLACES FLOOD WATCH... * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of North Central Washington, including the following counties, Chelan and Okanogan. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Rock or mud slides may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 200 AM PST, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
