Inundation of around 1.75 to 2.5 feet above ground level is possible along shorelines and low- lying coastal areas. * WHERE...San Juan County, Lowlands of Western Whatcom County, Lowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern Snohomish Counties and Island County zones. * WHEN...From 6 AM to 10 AM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Minor coastal flooding due to tidal overflow is expected around high tide. This may lead to flooding of parking lots, parks, and roads, with only isolated road closures expected. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
