Creston, Oakesdale, Pomeroy, Quincy, Uniontown, Clarkston,
Rockford, Rosalia, Fairfield, Odessa, Downtown Spokane, Cheney,
Spokane Valley, Tekoa, Alpowa Summit, Ritzville, Moscow, Airway
Heights, Grand Coulee, and Othello.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Central Washington Cascades (Zone 705), Waterville Plateau
(Zone 706), Western Columbia Basin (Zone 707), Eastern
Columbia Basin  -Palouse  -Spokane Area (Zone 708) and Lower
