...WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 11 PM PDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Plummer, La Crosse, Wilbur, Davenport, Potlatch, Ephrata, Colfax, Coulee City, Harrington, Moses Lake, Pullman, Genesee, Creston, Oakesdale, Pomeroy, Quincy, Uniontown, Clarkston, Rockford, Rosalia, Fairfield, Odessa, Downtown Spokane, Cheney, Spokane Valley, Tekoa, Alpowa Summit, Ritzville, Moscow, Airway Heights, Grand Coulee, and Othello. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. ...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM TO 11 PM PDT TUESDAY FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 702... * Affected Area: Colville Reservation (Zone 702), Okanogan Valley (Zone 703), Methow Valley (Zone 704), Foothills of Central Washington Cascades (Zone 705), Waterville Plateau (Zone 706), Western Columbia Basin (Zone 707), Eastern Columbia Basin -Palouse -Spokane Area (Zone 708) and Lower Palouse -Snake River (Zone 709). * Winds: West 15 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph. * Relative Humidities: 12 to 23 percent. * Impacts: Rapid fire spread is likely with any new or ongoing fires.
