...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO LATE TOMORROW
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...Paradise Creek at Moscow.

* WHEN...From late tonight to late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 8.4 feet, Water pooling in Mountain View Park on
northeast side of Moscow.
At 8.8 feet, Water will begin backing up through the storm drains
on Roosevelt Street.
At 9.2 feet, Water will be out of the creek at the intersection of
Bridge Street and Hillcrest Drive and may also be flowing into the
intersection at this stage. Flooding near Damen Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:45 PM PST Thursday the stage was 7.6 feet.
- Paradise Creek is rising and is expected to continue to rise
sharply this evening and overnight with persistent light to
moderate rains in excess of an inch.
- Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late this evening.
- Flood stage is 9.2 feet.

expected, with local wind gusts 55 to 60 mph in Pomeroy and Alpowa
Summit.

* WHERE...Plummer, Kellogg, Downtown Spokane, Clark Fork, Osburn,
Tekoa, Pinehurst, Sandpoint, Pomeroy, Oakesdale, Davenport,
Fernwood, Uniontown, Coeur d'Alene, Mullan, Worley, Colfax, Airway
Heights, Spokane Valley, Priest River, Clarkston, Moscow, Pullman,
Rockford, Fairfield, Rosalia, St. Maries, Eastport, Genesee,
Dobson Pass, Athol, Bonners Ferry, Hayden, Wallace, Fourth Of July
