In south central Washington, Lower Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest and Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest. * WHEN...From 7 AM PST this morning through Friday morning. Area rivers and streams are expected to reach their highest levels between Wednesday and Friday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river moving into the region this week is expected to make for heavy rainfall along the Cascades.
