* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 12 and 20 degrees expected.

* WHERE...Lowlands of Western Whatcom County.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to noon PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Cold temperatures may impact vulnerable populations such
as the homeless and those without adequate access to heating.
Exposed pipes may be damaged by freezing conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northeasterly winds between 20 and 30 mph and
cold overnight temperatures below freezing will allow for wind
chills to drop between 12 and 20 degrees overnight into Saturday
morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
