For the second Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25 kt. For the Gale Warning, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt. * WHERE...Northern Inland Waters Including The San Juan Islands. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST this afternoon. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 4 AM to 10 AM PST Monday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM to 10 PM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. ...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO NOON PST MONDAY... ...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 11 AM PST THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected. Inundation of around 2 feet above ground level is possible along shorelines and low- lying coastal areas. * WHERE...San Juan County, Lowlands of Western Whatcom County and Lowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern Snohomish Counties zones. * WHEN...From 6 AM to noon PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Minor coastal flooding due to tidal overflow is expected around high tide. This may lead to flooding of parking lots, parks, and roads, with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coastal flooding will occur in the hours around high tide, at around 900 AM Monday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington, including the following counties, in northwest Washington, Clallam, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason, San Juan, Skagit and Whatcom. In west central Washington, King, Lewis, Pierce, Snohomish and Thurston. * WHEN...From late tonight through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river moving into the region early this week will bring periods moderate to heavy rain to the region. Sharp rises will be possible on area rivers, especially those flowing off the Olympics and Cascades. Urban and small stream flooding is possible for areas with poor drainage.
