Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected between 11 PM and 6 AM. Localized stronger winds up to 55 MPH are possible in far northern Grand Isle County, northeastern Clinton County, and the northern foothills of the Adirondacks. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
