* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will be initially wet, and snowfall
rates will likely exceed 1 inch per hour this evening. Snow will
trend lighter and become increasingly dry tonight into Saturday.
Isolated power outages could occur due to the weight of the snow.
Scattered power outages are possible where snowfall accumulations
