Additional snow accumulations up to 4 inches for a storm total of 2 to 5 inches, locally 6 to 8 inches on northwesterly and westerly slopes. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Addison, Essex, Western Franklin, and Eastern Rutland Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall amounts will be dependent on elevation with more snow expected across higher terrain.
