* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills between 20
and 29 below zero.

* WHERE...The western and southern Adirondacks of eastern New
York and the southern Green Mountains of Vermont.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will occur over
the highest elevations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while outdoors. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and
gloves.

expected.

* WHERE...The western and southern Adirondacks, Lake George
Saratoga region, southeast Catskills, mid Hudson Valley,
Taconics, Berkshires, Litchfield Hills and southern Vermont.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur tonight
into early Tuesday morning.
