* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 4 and 7 inches in the Northern Neck and
Middle Peninsula and between 1 and 4 inches in the Western
Tidewater Saturday night into Sunday morning. Ice accumulations up
to two tenths of an inch on Sunday and Sunday evening.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast North Carolina and eastern and
southeast Virginia.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Saturday to 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
