Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms are expected to become more widespread overnight, with the heaviest rain falling from now through midday. Rainfall amounts of 3 to 4 inches are expected with locally higher amounts.
