In southeast Virginia, Chesapeake, Isle of Wight, Norfolk/Portsmouth, Southampton, Suffolk, Surry, Sussex and Virginia Beach. * WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through late Saturday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow-moving frontal boundary will provide focus for numerous rounds of showers and storms across the watch area on Saturday.
