Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.

and Stafford.

* WHEN...Until 230 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is ongoing. Streams continue to rise due
to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 807 AM EDT, Cedar Run at Catlett is in Moderate Flood
Stage. Water is approaching a low spot on Flatwood Lane near
Catlett.
