For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 45 to 55 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and northwest Virginia. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills are expected to remain below zero through late Sunday morning. Being outdoors for a prolonged period of time will be life-threatening. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
