...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following
area, Tazewell and southeast West Virginia, including the
following areas, Eastern Greenbrier, Mercer, Monroe, Summers and
Western Greenbrier.

* WHEN...Through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- An upper level disturbance will interact with ample moisture
and a front to bring scattered showers and thunderstorms to
the region. Flash  flooding will be possible in heavier or
training storms.
