For the Gale Warning, north winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and waves 4 to 6 ft expected. * WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Smith Point to Windmill Point VA. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EDT Saturday.
