Orange. In northern Virginia, Culpeper. In northwest Virginia,
Madison, Northern Virginia Blue Ridge, Page, Rappahannock and
Shenandoah. In western Virginia, Rockingham.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch will expire at midnight EDT tonight.
