In south central Virginia, City of Hopewell, City of Petersburg, Dinwiddie and Prince George. * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 517 AM EDT, Flooding continues across the warned area. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain, with localized values of up to 10 inches has fallen over the past 24 to 36 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
