wind gusts in excess of 60 mph are possible over the Catoctin and
Blue Ridge Mountains.

* WHERE...Portions of north-central Maryland, northwest and western
Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
