With temperatures below freezing tonight into Monday and wet,
slushy, or snow-covered roads from the snow today, black ice is
possible tonight into Saturday, especially on untreated,
secondary, and back roads.

Slow down and use caution when driving, especially when traversing
roads that have not been treated.

as zero expected. For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 25 to 35
mph with gusts to around 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
south central Virginia.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 AM Saturday to 10 AM
EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM to 9 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
cold wind chills as low as zero could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
