* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Virginia, including the following
county, Prince William.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Fleetwood Drive will be closed. Other low lying areas
along Cedar Run and its tributaries may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 223 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to
flooding along Cedar Run.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
