* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 2 below.

* WHERE...Albemarle, Greene, King George, Orange, Spotsylvania,
Culpeper, Southern Fauquier, Stafford, Madison, and Rappahannock
Counties.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and
unfrozen water.
