For the Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 2 to 4 ft expected. * WHERE...James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM EST this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM this afternoon to 10 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
