second Small Craft Advisory, north winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts
up to 25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Tidal Potomac River from Key Bridge to Cobb Island MD,
and Patuxent River to Broomes Island MD.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this
evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 6 AM to 8
PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
