At 1003 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front, capable of producing winds to around 25 knots. This front was located along a line extending from 19 nm west of Alexandria to 10 nm northeast of Key Bridge, moving southeast at 30 knots. Locations impacted include... Leesylvania State Park, Smallwood State Park, National Harbor, Quantico, Fort Washington, Tidal Basin, Reagan National Airport, Gunston Hall, Mason Neck State Park, Woodrow Wilson Bridge, Indian Head, Key Bridge, Occoquan Bay, Fort Hunt, and Alexandria.
