of freezing spray expected. For the Gale Warning, northwest
winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and waves 2 to 4 ft
expected.

* WHERE...James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads
Bridge-Tunnel.

* WHEN...For the Freezing Spray Advisory, from 6 AM Saturday to
10 AM EST Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM Saturday to
4 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in freezing spray is hazardous.
Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic components
inoperative. Ice accretion on decks and superstructures may
