At 1101 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front, capable of producing winds to around 20 knots. This front was located along a line extending from 9 nm east of National Harbor to 9 nm west of Leesylvania State Park, moving southeast at 25 knots. Locations impacted include... Potomac Creek, Maryland Point, Nanjemoy Creek, Port Tobacco River, Leesylvania State Park, Smallwood State Park, National Harbor, Quantico, Fort Washington, Gunston Hall, Mathias Point, Woodrow Wilson Bridge, Indian Head, Occoquan Bay, Fort Hunt, Popes Creek, Fairview Beach, and Alexandria.
