10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until noon EST today. For
the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 5 AM EST
Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
