For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 16 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Virginia and southeast West Virginia. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST Saturday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 1 AM Saturday to 7 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
