* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST Saturday. For the
Cold Weather Advisory, from 1 AM Saturday to 7 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in
hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
