For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and northwest Virginia. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
