A cold front will cross the area this evening turning winds to the northwest at 20 to 30 with gusts to 45 mph mid to late evening. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Marginal recovery in the 25 to 40 percent range early this morning, then falling into the 10 to 15 percent range this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are expected.
