eastern Box Elder County, the Rush Valley, southern portions of
the Tooele Valley, Utah Valley south of Provo and west of Utah
Lake, and the San Rafael Swell area including Green River.

* WHERE...San Rafael Swell, Eastern Box Elder County, Tooele and
Rush Valleys, and Utah Valley.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 9 AM MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
