* WINDS...Southwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. Strong
winds are expected to continue through the overnight hours along
ridges and immediately downwind of major terrain features.

* OVERNIGHT RECOVERY...15 to 20 percent lower elevations, 25 to
35 percent higher elevations.

* IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are expected to be

rapidly.
