Strong winds are expected to continue through the overnight hours along ridges and immediately downwind of major terrain features. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 9 to 13 percent. * OVERNIGHT RECOVERY...25 to 40 percent, higher values further north and west with lower values across the south. * IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are expected.
