gusts up to 50 mph between noon and 1 PM. For the Freeze Watch and
Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 expected.

* WHERE...Castle Country.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM MDT this evening. For the
Freeze Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM MDT Thursday. For

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill
