* WHAT...Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less. Areas
of visibility as low as 1/4 NM will be possible.

* WHERE...Coastal Lakes and Bays, Coastal waters from Cameron LA
to High Island TX out 20 NM and Coastal waters from Intracoastal
City to Cameron LA out 20 NM.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
