In northeast Texas, Anderson, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
