THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED TORNADO WATCH 177 IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM CDT WEDNESDAY FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN LOUISIANA THIS WATCH INCLUDES 4 PARISHES IN NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA LINCOLN OUACHITA IN NORTHWEST LOUISIANA DE SOTO SABINE IN TEXAS THIS WATCH INCLUDES 9 COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST TEXAS ANGELINA CHEROKEE NACOGDOCHES PANOLA RUSK SABINE SAN AUGUSTINE SHELBY SMITH THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF CARTHAGE, CENTER, HEMPHILL, HENDERSON, JACKSONVILLE, LOGANSPORT, LUFKIN, MANSFIELD, MANY, MONROE, NACOGDOCHES, PINELAND, PLEASANT HILL, RUSK, RUSTON, SAN AUGUSTINE, STONEWALL, TYLER, AND ZWOLLE.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO THURSDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sabine River near Mineola. * WHEN...From late tonight to Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Expect flooding of secondary roadways with picnic and recreational areas flooded as well. Also expect flooded boat ramps as well. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.4 feet. - Forecast...The Sabine River south of Mineola is expected to rise to a crest near the 14.0 foot flood stage just after midnight tonight, given the additional rains that should fall over the upper Sabine River basin this afternoon and evening.
