...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO THURSDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Mineola.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Expect flooding of secondary roadways with
picnic and recreational areas flooded as well.  Also expect flooded
boat ramps as well.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.4 feet.
- Forecast...The Sabine River south of Mineola is expected to rise
to a crest near the 14.0 foot flood stage just after midnight
tonight, given the additional rains that should fall over the
upper Sabine River basin this afternoon and evening. It should
then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.1
feet on 02/27/2016.
