Simonton closes their gates and pumping begins. Water is over Baudet Road southeast of Richmond, Red Bird Lane in Fulshear, and Sixth Street & Ave B in Rosenberg. Significant portions of the floodplain near Thompsons are inundated requiring relocation of cattle from low lying areas.
