* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Brazos River at US 59, Sugar Land, TX.

* WHEN...Until early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 67.5 feet, Minor flooding continues as Baudet Road
has close to one foot of water over the road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 67.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 40.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 67.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow evening and continue falling to 49.1 feet Monday
evening.
- Flood stage is 65.5 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
65.5 feet on 06/06/2021.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Brazos River at Richmond.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 46.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding continues with
water in the Simonton area upstream of the gauge. Simonton closes
their gates and pumping begins. Water is over Baudet Road
southeast of Richmond, Red Bird Lane in Fulshear, and Sixth Street
& Ave B in Rosenberg. Significant portions of the floodplain near
Thompsons are inundated requiring relocation of cattle from low
lying areas. FM 1458 near FM 1093 in Austin County is threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 45.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 45.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue falling to 32.1 feet Monday
evening.
- Flood stage is 45.0 feet.

- At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 46.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 40.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 46.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 46.9
feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
flood stage Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 43.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
47.1 feet on 07/12/2007.
