For Monday, South/Southwest 25 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 4 percent for both Sunday and Monday. * TEMPERATURES...In the upper to mid 90s for both Sunday and Monday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to spread rapidly.
