...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
counties, Bexar and Comal.

* WHEN...Until 615 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 313 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
San Antonio, New Braunfels, Schertz, Live Oak, Selma, San
Antonio Int Airport, Canyon Lake Dam, Canyon Lake, Leon
Valley, Helotes, Fair Oaks Ranch, Alamo Heights, Bulverde,
Garden Ridge, Shavano Park, Hollywood Park, Cross Mountain,
Olmos Park, Timberwood Park and Smithson Valley.
