...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Guadalupe, Karnes,
central Atascosa, northwestern Lavaca, Wilson, Caldwell, south
central Hays, DeWitt, south central Bastrop, Gonzales, southwestern
Fayette, southeastern Bexar and southeastern Comal Counties through
215 AM CDT...

At 108 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles west of San Marcos to 7 miles southeast
of Seguin to near Falls City to near Christine. Movement was east at
30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
New Braunfels, San Marcos, Schertz, Seguin, Cibolo, Lockhart,
Pleasanton, Cuero, Gonzales, Floresville, Yoakum, Luling, Kenedy,
Karnes City, Poth, Yorktown, Shiner, Stockdale, Flatonia, and
Moulton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
counties, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Kendall and Medina.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1111 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Up to 2
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

San Antonio, Boerne, Comfort, Canyon Lake, Helotes, Fair Oaks
