Weak and/or small tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels. For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds around 20 kt with gusts up to 25 to 30 kt and rough bay waters expected. * WHERE...Galveston Bay. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until noon CST today. For the Low Water Advisory, until 6 PM CST Tuesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from noon today to noon CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The Gale Warning will change over to a Small Craft Advisory at 12 PM CST today.
