Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and thunderstorms tonight will be capable of very high rain rates. 1 to 2 inches of rain are likely for most areas, with localized amounts of 3 inches possible. - As rainfall diminishes Tuesday morning, roads and streets could remain flooded causing impacts to the morning commute.
