* WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until 6 PM CST Sunday. For
the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 AM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft where
winds and seas are high. Below normal water levels will result
in hazardous navigating conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.

Nueces, Inland San Patricio, Coastal Aransas, Inland Refugio,

Patricio, Aransas Islands, Coastal Refugio, Coastal Calhoun,
Kleberg Islands, Nueces Islands and Calhoun Islands.

* TIMING...9 AM to 8 PM

* WINDS...Northeast 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 12 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Up to 62.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
