Very rough bay waters and Gulf seas 6 to 11 ft. * WHERE...Portions of Gulf of America. * WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong gusty winds will continue today. Winds gradually decrease this evening. However, winds and seas will likely remain hazardous through tonight. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
