* WHERE...Sabine River near Gladewater.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Expect lowland flooding to continue with
oil field operations curtailed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 21.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
- Forecast...The Sabine River near Gladewater is expected to
rise above the 25 foot flood stage late Thursday morning and
continue rising to 30.4 feet Sunday evening. Additional rises
are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
30.4 feet on 03/15/2015.

* WHERE...Rabbit Creek at Kilgore.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Expect flooded trails and a private boat
launch.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:45 PM CDT Tuesday was 11.1 feet.
- Forecast...Rabbit Creek near Kilgore is expected to rise to a
crest of 11.9 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then
fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
