...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING THROUGH
THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east-central Texas, including the following
counties, Anderson, Freestone and Leon.

* WHEN...From 5 AM CDT early this morning through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The soon to be remnants of Tropical Storm Edouard are expected to
bring a localized swath of very heavy rain to portions of the
Flood Watch. While most locations in the watch will see 1 to 3
inches of rain, localized amounts of 4-6 inches will be possible
through Thursday night.
